Mobile phones have opened up a world of comunication - bringing people closer together with instant access to them. Yet this has also taken away the freedom of individual space, for people expect instant reactions even when they cannot see their face. For the other person when a text is sent, could be doing anything at the other end.
So although they have opened doors they have also brought with them more confusion than before. Sometimes it is good to leave the phone indoors and go and out with no expectations of you at all allowing yourself the freedom to be totally you for a while. Be brave and see how it feels.

So even if you only send one note a day, let those you love know they are amazing
