Confident to be you

5/31/2012

Often we have many ideas and great enthusiasm to go with them but just lack the confidence in ourselves to put them into action.

When confidence is holding you back, consider what it is that has been said to you in your past and how you can remove the blocks so that you can then reach your true potential. Use EFT or NLP or other belief changing techniques to help you change the effects they ha

Trying out something new which takes you out of your comfort zone is often going to bring with it a sense of fear of the unknown. Yet it is by taking these steps into new arenas that we grow and develop the most. We learn what we are truly capable of.

So if you have something you want to achieve, keep on keeping on, for in the end you will get there, even if it means climbing a few mountains before you do. For being in this world is about finding true happiness within yourself and if reaching your true potential is where you want to be, then stop letting yourself get in the way, and allow the wonderful person that you are to shine brightly in every way.

Your first six years

5/25/2012

Bruce Lipton in his book, Biology of the Mind, reveals that during the first six years of your life, you are like a tape recorder, a sponge. Everything that you see and hear is absorbed and taken on board.

Now taking that with the effects of your mother whilst she was pregnant, means that the blue print to your thoughts and feelings were very much set during this time. So considering this, it is worth revisiting your childhood experiences and looking at what it is that might still be affecting you from reaching your goals now, that happened during that time.

These things do not have to be big. Even such things as having to be quiet because your father worked nights can have a dramatic affect on how you feel about yourself and how you approach being out in the general public.

With regard to adopted or fostered children, even if they have received nothing but love and care during their time with you, the time they were in the womb and short time they were with their parents, will have had a dramatic affect on their thoughts and feelings about themselves.

So when healing yourself and encouraging others around you too, it is important to remember these

Healing from Past Lives

5/24/2012

Yesterday I was aware that past lives could have an effect on your current life, but I was not aware to what extent.

After visiting Caroline Cousins for some Theter Healing, I became aware that I spells/curses had been placed on me in previous lifetimes that were affecting my very being and way I was living my life today.

So not only do we have to consider the things in this lifetime that block us, but also that there are things we have no recollection of that will be stopping us from reaching our true potential.

EFT, meditation, Past Life Regression and Theter Healing are just some of the tools you can use to find out what these are and clear them.

So if there is something that you are feeling has been pulling you back but you have just not understood what, then try out some of these techniques and see where it takes you. Today I feel amazing - like a huge weight has been lifted from my being.

What is your environment telling you?

5/22/2012

Have you ever considered that your environment is a reflection of your mind and how you are thinking?

As we go about our day we just accept the environment around us and take it for granted that it is there. However, if you were to step back for a moment and look at your home, the people you have around you, the food you eat, the garden you have, it would tell you an awful lot about you.

For you are the creator of your world. The thoughts that you have had, have created what you have in your life. So if your house is forever having problems and dramas are being created, it is telling you that you need to stop and consider your life and how you can calm things down. For it is your thoughts that is creating the chaos.

If you were to consider your garden, what would it say to you? If it is neglected because there is always too many other things to do, then again it is suggesting that your mind is cluttered and cannot think about things outside of the immediate surroundings - fire fighting with life. If it is orderly and everything has to be in its place, then perhaps it is that you find it difficult to make changes in your life and like everything to be in order. You might find it difficult to think outside the box.

As for the food you eat, again a reflection of how you consider yourself. If you eat more junk than good, then it suggests that you have not found time to love who you are. If you are constantly propping yourself up with sugar and caffeine then you are doing far too much and need to consider time out for yourself. Peaceful time.

So, take time to consider your surroundings for then you will see what it is that you need to look at within.

You learnt how to behave even in the Womb

It is known that even when you were in your mothers womb your parents were having an influence on you. This was stated by Bruce Lipton in Biology of the Mind - a very interesting book/tape if you want to learn more about the scientific way of thinking with regard to the way the Universe works.

The attitude of your mother and father to your pregnancy could have had a lasting effect on your life especially if it was a negative feeling. This means that when you are dealing with old patterns of  behaviour and recognizing thoughts in your head, it could be as deep rooted as when you were in the womb.

So when letting go of your difficulties and things holding you back, be aware that it is not only the things you can remember but also things that just happened. Know that whatever it may be and whoever is behind the influence of it, that forgiveness is the key to letting it go and letting your life truly flow.

What is your life telling you?

5/17/2012

Have you ever considered looking at your home, your garden or the people around you to see what your life is saying about you?

Since you are the creator of your life with the thoughts that you have, what you are creating is a reflection of what is going on in side of you. So if your home is cluttered and tired, then it shows that you not looking after yourself. Your mind is full of thoughts that could be better organised and your body is need of some help.

If your home is tidy and orderly, it could be that you live within boundaries and find it difficult to face change.

If you garden is overgrown, it could mean that you are too busy to consider all of you and live life on the surface.

The universe is responding to you as you think every day. So the way you think is important if you want to reach a different destination in your life. Observe and consider how your thoughts are reflected in your own environment and then see if you are happy with this or if there is something you would like to change.
