We are all children from one source

We are all children born from one source and as such we are all one. Individuals we may be, but connected to the energies of each other we are.

So by acknowledging that we are all one, allows us the possibility to love all who we see. For to be totally free in this world means to love all that is - exactly as you find it.

The core essence of everyone is love and it is only the fears that have been learnt that prevent us from loving all. So by beginning to see each person you meet as from the same family as you, you can begin to reach out your arms and let the love flow through you.

By spreading the love that you have to all that you see, will help to set the world free - free from the difficulties that you currently know, as a different energy will begin to flow. One that is happy and full of delight - would that not be a wonderful sight.

Try sharing love with someone new today and see how it feels to be free.

Appreciation is key

Appreciation of all that is good in your life keeps you from feeling sad when in trouble and strife.

For when you think of good things, your energies remain high and help over come the need to sigh.

It is very easy to get bogged down by the nitty gritty of life. To listen to those around you moaning and to join in. But as you do you find yourself also beginning to feel down. So learning to bring appreciation into your life as part of your daily routine allows you to begin to smile more and to feel like you belong to something which is simply wonderful.

For in this world there are many things to appreciate. To laugh about. To love. Many people to share good thoughts with and to hug and to show that you care.

Appreciation is a deep feeling of gratitude. A knowing that you have something great in your life and feeling the connection to it.

So each night before you go to sleep, just spend some time thinking about what is good in your life, who has been kind to you that day, and how lucky you are to be loved. You will wake up feeling more refreshed and positive the next day which will help you when things that challenge you step in your way.

Mirror Mirror on the wall...

Mirror Mirror on the wall,....why is it that some stand low and some stand tall.....

What do you see when you look at yourself....do you see the amazing person you are or the remnants of an old scar.....

How you see yourself is a reflection of how you appear in the world. What you give out is what you get back. So if you want to feel good and love who you are, you have to be able to see past the scar. See past the reflection looking at you and see the inner person that is the real you.

For everyone is special in every way, through out every second of every day. There is not one person who doesnt deserve to be loved....For there are many reasons why people behave as they do, but most importantly it is best to love you. For when you love the core of who you are, the world around you will see your star...they will see the glow that you have around you, and will want to follow and listen to all you do.

So next time you look in the mirror on your wall, ask it who is the fairest of them all...know that you are the fairest in the world that is yours and you will see all those who are fair following with you.

Accepting Change

In our everyday lives we continue on in our old ways, not always sure where we are going, just accepting each new day as just another day.

Yet many times we are not really happy with what is happening in our lives and want things to change.

Change will often be forced upon us by another person if we do not begin to make those changes ourselves. For where we are not happy in our lives, change is inevitable as your thoughtswill be creating a disease within yourself each day that you do not make the changes you deep down desire.

So rather than waiting for change to happen, think about what it is you want to change and how you may do it. Think about who you might be able to get to help you, if in fear of the change by yourself. Think about what resources you might need and who may be able to provide them for you if you do not have them yourself. But most of all, think about yourself and how happy you will feel if you make this change.

The responsibility to change lies within us all so be brave, and do something today that you wouldn't normally do, and see where it takes you.

Keep your thoughts simple

Life can seem complicated. When you listen to tape after tape telling you how to think and what it is best to say.

Yet the simple thing is that your thoughts are very much your own and what you think creates what you get in your life.

So if you can just remember to keep your thoughts simple and to think about what it is you desire in your life and how you would like you life to be, and stay focused upon it, they those simple thoughts will create the life you have always dreamed of.

So when listening to others, just remember to sift out only what is useful to you. Know that you are the only person who can create the thoughts in your head.

So keep it simple and have fun...enjoy this new life that has begun.
